The report
A$99 once · one builder
- The record. Licence, company, and discipline, each with its source and the day we read it.
- The file. A dated export and a checklist before you pay the builder.
- The watch. 12 months of alerts if a source changes. No automatic renewal.
The watch ends after 12 months. You keep the report. Renew for another year at A$99. There is no automatic renewal.

Search, match the name on the quote, and read the public record. You do not pay to see that. Match a quote or check HBC cover for an address before a deposit.

- Check the builder. Search is free.
- Sign in. The website and your check use the same account.
- Pay by card. Stripe hosts the card form. You return to the report.
- We email your invoice. Add a business name and ABN at checkout to show them on it. All invoices stay in Billing, month by month.
Coverage is NSW only. Source schedules vary; this is not real-time surveillance. Missing or stale checks stay visible. No plan includes a financial-distress prediction, credit report, phoenix detection, complete DA history, or new unlimited AI access.
Existing report purchases, credits, and legacy Pro access remain available in your report library. Legacy report access does not include a new A$99 report.
